1. Publisher
Kaji OS is published by Valentin Berthold, acting as an individual with no corporate entity at this private beta stage.

2. Service
Kaji OS is a multi-tenant software platform for artisan workshops. During the private beta, features may change without notice.
We provide the service on an "as is" basis while we improve stability and functionality.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when requesting access or creating an account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your workshop account.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content.
We may suspend access if we detect abuse or a risk to other tenants.
5. Data ownership
You retain ownership of the business data you enter into Kaji OS.
You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the service.
6. Beta limitations
The private beta may include downtime, data migrations or feature removals.
We recommend exporting critical data regularly using the built-in export tools.
