The data controller is Valentin Berthold, acting as an individual for the Kaji OS private beta.

Account data: name, email, workshop name and team information.

Usage data: logs, device/browser metadata and support interactions.

We do not collect your business data (products, inventory, orders, financial projections) for our own purposes. This data is entered and controlled by you, stored only to operate the service, and is not used for analytics, advertising or profiling by Kaji OS.

To provide, secure and improve the service (contract performance and legitimate interest).

To respond to support requests and onboarding (contract performance).

To comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).

To send product or beta updates only with your consent (consent, withdrawable at any time).

We use subprocessors to host and operate the service: Vercel (application hosting) and Supabase (database, EU region), under appropriate data processing agreements.

We do not sell personal data.

We retain data while your account is active and as required by law.

You may request deletion subject to legal and backup constraints.

In line with the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data: right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21), and not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing where applicable (Art. 22).

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
